The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented lawyer with 2–3 years PQE to join a highly regarded Dispute Resolution & Litigation team in Brisbane. Working as part of a national practice, you will gain exposure to a broad range of complex commercial disputes while developing your career in a supportive, collaborative environment.
The Role
You will work closely with senior lawyers and clients on diverse matters, including:
Contractual and commercial disputes
Property and leasing disputes
Corporations Act and insolvency matters
Regulatory and administrative law matters
Insolvency and recoveries
Information technology and intellectual property disputes
This is a fast-paced and interesting role offering the chance to build technical expertise and progress your career while servicing quality national and international clients, listed entities, SMEs, private companies, and individuals.
About You
We are seeking a lawyer who brings:
2–3 years PQE in general commercial litigation or dispute resolution
Strong drafting, advisory and advocacy skills
A client-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
An interest in handling a wide variety of disputes across multiple industries
A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a team-first attitude
