About this Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor or Associate to join a leading national law firm's Perth Litigation team. This role offers exposure to a diverse range of disputes, including complex contractual and commercial matters, statutory claims, professional negligence, property damage, insurance coverage, and regulatory investigations.
Manage and advise on a variety of contentious matters, including contractual disputes, statutory claims, professional negligence, and insurance coverage issues.
Represent clients in regulatory investigations and disciplinary proceedings.
Collaborate with clients across various industries, providing strategic legal advice and representation.
Work closely with senior lawyers and partners, gaining exposure to high-profile and complex disputes.
At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in litigation.
Strong understanding of civil practice and procedure, particularly in the Supreme and District Courts of Western Australia.
Proven ability to manage matters independently and work collaboratively within a team.
Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
