The Opportunity We’re seeking a driven Litigation Lawyer (2–4 PQE) to join a high-performing team specialising in commercial litigation, debt recovery, and insolvency matters. The Role In this role, you will:
Lead and support commercial litigation across courts and tribunals, including case development and strategy.
Manage debt recovery matters—from demand letters through to enforcement proceedings.
Assist with insolvency-related challenges, including creditor actions, liquidation, and restructuring.
Draft legal documentation, including pleadings, affidavits, correspondence, and settlement agreements.
Liaise with clients, insolvency practitioners, and counsel, providing clear and commercially oriented guidance.
Support mediation and dispute resolution processes, and contribute to best practice outcomes.
About You You’ll be a standout candidate if you bring:
2–4 years’ PQE in commercial litigation, debt recovery, insolvency, or related dispute areas.
Strong drafting, research, analysis, and advocacy skills.
A detail-oriented, client-focused approach, with excellent communication skills.
An ability to manage files independently while collaborating effectively within a small team.
A proactive mindset with a commitment to learning and professional growth.
A practical commercial sensibility and a calm, confident approach to complex matters.
