A premier, mid-tier law firm in Sydney is looking for a driven Dispute Resolution & Litigation Lawyer to join their thriving practice. The Work

The variety of matters is a key highlight of this role. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Commercial & Contractual: Navigating complex breach of contract and general commercial claims.

  • Property & Leasing: Handling industrial and retail lease disputes (including make-good claims) and land acquisition litigation.

  • Corporate & Insolvency: Working on corporate governance disputes and insolvency-related law.

  • Regulatory & Administrative: Acting on public law matters and regulatory investigations.



About You

You are a junior lawyer who has found your feet in litigation and is ready to sharpen your technical skills. To be successful, you will bring:

  • 1–2 years Post Admission Experience (PAE) in general commercial litigation.

  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience drafting pleadings, affidavits, and evidence.

  • Sharp Mindset: Strong analytical skills and a meticulous eye for detail.

  • Proactive Attitude: The ability to manage multiple files and prioritize effectively under pressure.

  • Interpersonal Skills: A collaborative spirit and the ability to communicate clearly with diverse clients.
