Key Responsibilities
Opening files and managing diaries.
Answering phone calls and providing assistance to clients.
Drafting legal correspondence and documentation.
Filing documents via online court registries.
Preparing court and tribunal documentation.
Monitoring key dates and managing deadlines.
Providing general support to lawyers and team members.
Managing file closure and archiving.
Assisting with the end-of-month invoicing process.
Skills and Experience
Proven experience in administrative support, ideally within the legal industry.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
High attention to detail and self-motivation.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong work ethic and proactive mindset.
