We are looking for a "hit the ground running" litigator with the technical maturity to manage difficult scenarios autonomously.
Experience: Currently practicing at the Senior Associate level with a proven track record in litigation, insolvency, or secured recovery.
The "Driver" Mindset: You are recognized for your ability to "drive" matters to a conclusion rather than just managing a file.
Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of the recovery landscape and local court jurisdictions.
Direct Communicator: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to work directly with clients to progress matters swiftly.
