This role will see you working as part of a close-knit team reporting directly to a Partner, this position offers hands-on engagement with files across banking & finance/mortgage lending processing. A committed, flexible and can-do approach is essential to succeed in the position.
Duties include: * Opening files and general file management * Creating and reviewing loan and mortgage documents * Drafting contracts for sale for matters across all states on behalf of lenders manage settlements for both paper and PEXA transaction settlements * Conduct on-line property and other searches * Time recording; * Reporting to client on-line and by telephone * Handing enquiries Required skills: * Minimum 2 years legal mortgage services or property/conveyancing experience; * Strong computer skills; * Experience with PEXA * Ability to work effectively to deadlines * Attention to detail * Team-focused approach
