Location: Brisbane CBD | Hybrid role
We’re partnering with a leading national commercial law firm that’s experiencing strong growth and is looking to add a highly organised Personal Assistant to its Brisbane office.
This is a varied, fast-paced role supporting two specialist practice groups — Health and Workplace Relations & Safety — and is ideal for someone who enjoys juggling priorities, supporting senior legal professionals, and being a true right-hand person.
You’ll provide high-level administrative and practice support, including:
Supporting Partners and allocated legal staff
Managing matters and assisting with major projects
Preparing correspondence and legal documentation
Monthly billing using Aderant
Diary and inbox management
Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
General practice administration
This role suits someone who thrives in a professional services environment and enjoys being relied upon as a key member of the team.
To be successful, you’ll ideally bring:
Experience supporting a Partner or senior executive
Excellent grammar, spelling and attention to detail
Strong organisation and time-management skills
Experience with Aderant and iManage (or similar systems) — highly regarded but not essential
