Senior Personal Injury Lawyer | 3–4+ PAE | Parramatta
Join a highly respected and long-standing practice known for championing the rights of injured Australians. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven personal injury lawyer to take on a senior position within a dynamic and growing team based in Parramatta.
The Opportunity
You’ll be managing a diverse and rewarding caseload across motor vehicle accident, public liability, and workers’ compensation matters. This is a client-facing role suited to someone with strong technical skills, a compassionate approach, and a strategic mindset. There’s also scope to supervise junior lawyers and contribute to the future direction of the team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Run complex personal injury files from start to finish
Provide strategic legal advice to clients at all stages of the claim
Collaborate with experts, insurers, and counsel to strengthen claims
Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal training
Identify opportunities to grow the practice and improve client outcomes
About You
3–4+ years post-admission experience in personal injury law
Plaintiff-side experience preferred but open to insurer-side backgrounds
Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
Ability to manage a busy caseload with compassion and efficiency
Strong time management and client service instincts
NSW practising certificate
