Senior Lawyer – Personal Injury | 4–5 PQE | Sydney CBD
A highly regarded law firm with a long-standing presence in the personal injury sector is seeking an experienced Senior Lawyer to join its growing team in the Sydney CBD. The successful candidate will play a key role within a busy Personal Injury practice, managing a varied caseload while supporting junior team members and contributing to the continued growth of the firm.
Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients pursuing personal injury claims
Manage a diverse caseload, including motor vehicle accidents, public liability, and workers' compensation matters
Conduct client interviews, gather evidence, and prepare court documents
Negotiate settlements and appear in court as required
Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and paralegals
Support business development and marketing initiatives
4–5 years post-admission experience in personal injury law, ideally within private practice
Strong knowledge of relevant NSW personal injury legislation and case law
Excellent research, analytical, and written communication skills
Proven negotiation and advocacy abilities
Demonstrated capacity to manage complex matters and meet tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
