Experienced Workers Compensation Lawyer – Parramatta
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workers Compensation Lawyer to join a well-established national law firm based in Parramatta. Working closely with a senior practitioner, you will initially manage a statutory workers compensation and TPD practice, while developing your skills in work injury damages, public liability, and CTP matters. This role is ideal for a lawyer who has already established themselves in personal injury law and is now ready to take the next step in their career within a supportive, national practice.
To be considered, you will have:
A current NSW Practising Certificate (essential)
2+ years PQE in plaintiff personal injury law, managing your own statutory workers compensation matters (pre-admission experience will also be considered)
A solid understanding of relevant workers compensation legislation
The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
A client-focused approach, with the ability to empathise and build rapport
A results-driven mindset, committed to achieving the best outcomes for clients
