This is a career-defining role for a talented Associate or Senior Associate with 3–8 years of post-admission experience. You’ll work closely with a nationally recognised expert in the field and be part of a team ranked First Tier in Doyles Guide.
The team is known for its exceptional client base, particularly in representing development proponents in Land and Environment Court matters. You’ll be involved in a dynamic mix of litigation and advisory work, covering:
Land and Environment Court merit appeals
Class 4 proceedings
Compulsory acquisition
Planning agreements and more

What We’re Looking For
3–8 years of relevant P&E law experience in private practice or in-house
Strong advisory and litigation skills
A commercial mindset and the ability to think strategically
A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach
NSW-based or open to relocating (support provided for interstate candidates)
