About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have 3–5 years PQE with a focus on planning, environment and development law, ideally gained in a mid-to-top tier firm.
Have experience with compulsory land acquisition matters, acting for landowners or lessees (highly regarded).
Be client-centric with strong commercial acumen and a passion for the property development sector.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Thrive in a collegiate and dynamic team environment.
Be driven to develop your client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
The Role

Planning and environmental approvals
Compulsory land acquisition
Property development advisory
Broad exposure to infrastructure, residential and commercial development projects
You’ll work closely with senior lawyers and have meaningful client contact from day one.
