The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for an Associate or Senior Associate to join a growing Environment & Planning practice led by a highly experienced, accredited specialist. This team has a strong track record advising both private and public sector clients on large-scale property projects, earth resources matters and significant reforms within the Victorian planning system.
The firm is seeking motivated lawyers eager to contribute to a busy and expanding practice servicing major developers and operators across residential, renewables and earth resource industries.
In this role, you will work closely with senior practitioners, advising on complex projects and navigating intricate approval processes, often within VCAT, Planning Panels and Supreme Court environments.
About You
You will ideally bring:
5+ years PAE
Demonstrated experience and interest in environment and planning law
Strong relationship-building skills with clients and internal stakeholders
Interest in earth resources and renewable energy sectors
Passion for property development, including both greenfield and built-form projects
Curiosity about planning reform, regulatory innovation and broader policy developments
