In this dynamic role, you will work across multiple matters and gain comprehensive exposure to:
Development strategy work and statutory planning tasks
Major infrastructure, environmental, and cultural heritage matters
Planning and Environment Court work (full litigation support and training provided)
We are looking for a self-motivated lawyer with a healthy amount of drive and a genuine passion for this space. To be successful, you will have:
3 to 7 years of post-admission experience gained within a well-regarded planning and environment team (either in private practice or government).
Exposure to planning and/or environmental law matters.
A strong desire to do Court work (prior litigation experience is a bonus, but a keen interest to learn is essential!).
An openness to challenge and growth, with a values set built on efficiency, integrity, and collaboration.
