Planning & Environment Lawyer | 2–3 PAE | Major Projects & Development Focus | National Firm
Are you a junior-mid level planning & environment lawyer looking to join a modern, people-first national firm? We’re partnering with a highly respected practice with a strong pipeline of city-shaping projects and a culture that genuinely values flexibility, development and inclusion.
The Opportunity
You’ll join a close-knit Planning & Environment team that sits within a large Real Estate & Construction group, covering all aspects of planning approvals, environmental law and compulsory acquisition for major developers and landowners.
In this role, you will:
• Advise on planning, development and environment matters including compulsory land acquisition
• Work closely with developers and landowners on complex projects across Sydney and beyond
• Be mentored by approachable senior lawyers who will invest in your technical and commercial growth
• Build strong client relationships while growing your business development skills

About You
• 2–3 years’ PAE in planning & environment or related property/development law, ideally from a mid/top-tier or boutique specialist practice
• Commercial mindset and strong understanding of the property development sector
• Confident communicator who enjoys client contact and teamwork
• Motivated to build long-term relationships and deliver practical, strategic advice
