An outstanding opportunity is available for a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join a leading national Insurance & Health practice in Brisbane.

This is a senior opportunity within a well-established insurance litigation team. You will:
Take a lead role in defending litigated professional negligence and financial lines claims
Manage complex professional indemnity matters, including claims against legal practitioners
Work closely with insurers and insured clients
Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to team development
Play an active role in strengthening client relationships and delivering strategic outcomes

To be considered, you will have:
5+ years’ PAE in defendant insurance litigation
Strong experience in professional indemnity matters
Confidence managing files with autonomy and providing strategic advice
A collaborative mindset and commitment to mentoring junior practitioners
Strong client relationship skills and a solutions-focused approach
