The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Lawyer (around 3 years’ PQE) to join a market-leading Banking & Projects team. This role will see you working on high-profile transactions across infrastructure, energy (including renewables), resources and social/affordable housing projects. You’ll gain exposure to landmark deals and work directly with senior lawyers recognised as leaders in project finance, providing the perfect environment to deepen your expertise in this highly sought-after field.

The Role
As a Lawyer in the Banking & Projects team, you will:
Advise sponsors, borrowers, and lenders on complex infrastructure, energy, resources, and acquisition finance transactions.
Work on large-scale project finance deals, including PPPs and renewable energy projects.
Draft, negotiate, and review finance documents, security arrangements and related contracts.
Conduct due diligence and manage transaction workstreams.
Support senior lawyers on structured, cross-border, and acquisition financings.
Build strong client relationships and provide practical, commercial advice.
Collaborate with colleagues on innovative deal structures across multiple sectors.
About You
We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded lawyer with:
Around 3 years’ PQE in finance (experience in project finance highly regarded, but not essential).
Strong technical skills in banking and finance law, with a genuine interest in infrastructure and energy projects.
Excellent drafting, analytical and negotiation abilities.
A client-focused mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships.
The capacity to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
