About the Opportunity
A leading national practice is seeking a motivated Property Associate to join its high-performing Real Estate team in Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity to work on premium transactions with major developers, institutional investors, government entities and blue-chip corporates.
You will gain exposure to a broad mix of complex, high-value matters while being supported by approachable senior lawyers who are committed to mentoring and developing junior talent.
Key Responsibilities
Advising on commercial, retail and industrial leasing.
Drafting and negotiating sale and purchase agreements, development agreements and ancillary documentation.
Assisting on large-scale acquisitions, disposals and property development projects.
Undertaking due diligence and managing components of major transactions.
Providing general property law advice to a mix of private and government clients.
About You
2–5 years’ post-qualification experience in property or real estate law (from a reputable firm).
Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
Commercial mindset with the ability to build client relationships.
Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
