This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Associate with 2–4 years’ post-admission experience to join a highly regarded Sydney-based property practice. The team is known for advising on high-value and strategic real estate transactions, major development projects and large-scale leasing matters across retail, commercial, industrial and residential property.

You will work closely with experienced and approachable partners and senior lawyers, gaining exposure to a broad range of transactional property and leasing matters while being supported to build a long-term career.


About you
• 2–4 years’ post-admission experience in transactional property and/or leasing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport
• A demonstrated curiosity about clients’ industries and commercial drivers
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet timeframes
• Collaborative working style with a practical, solutions-focused mindset

• Exposure to complex and high-value property transactions and leasing matters
• Work across retail, commercial and development matters
• Support and supervision from experienced and approachable partners
