An established national firm is seeking a talented Property Lawyer with 3–7 years of post-admission experience to join their high-performing Sydney team. This is a rare opportunity to work closely with a highly regarded partner on significant property and development matters across a diverse range of sectors.
About the Role
You’ll be involved in a broad mix of commercial property work, including:
Large-scale acquisitions and disposals
Residential and commercial developments
Due diligence, titling, and subdivisions
Commercial, industrial, and retail leasing
Complex property structuring and advisory work
The team works with major developers, institutional investors, corporates and government clients, offering exceptional exposure and career-building matters in a fast-paced but supportive environment.
About You
We’re seeking a lawyer with:
3–7 years of solid property law experience
Strong technical skills across transactional and advisory work
A commercial mindset and the ability to manage client relationships
An interest in mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to a team-based culture
