We are seeking a talented Property Lawyer (3+ PQE) to join a dynamic and growing property practice. The Role
As part of the property team, you will:
Advise clients on a wide range of property and finance law matters, including conveyancing, leasing, development, finance transactions, and land use planning.
Draft and review contracts, leases, options, and finance documents.
Negotiate key commercial terms on behalf of clients.
Stay up to date with changes in property law and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear and practical legal advice.
About You
We are looking for a lawyer who brings:
At least 3 years’ PQE in property law.
Strong familiarity with PEXA and conveyancing processes.
Excellent drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication, with a client-first mindset.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service.
