About the Role In this role, you will work closely with a senior leader in the firm to provide legal support across a diverse client base, including developers, private investors, SMEs, and institutions. The role encompasses a variety of complex and high-value commercial real estate transactions. Key responsibilities include:
Advising on commercial, industrial, and retail property transactions
Drafting and negotiating contracts for sale, leases, development and option agreements
Conducting due diligence and resolving title, planning, and zoning issues
Liaising directly with clients and other stakeholders with professionalism and care
Managing a file load autonomously while contributing to a collegiate team environment
About You You are a commercially savvy and detail-oriented property lawyer with:
At least 4 years' post-admission experience in property law
Strong experience in commercial real estate transactions and leasing
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
The ability to work independently, manage competing deadlines, and provide strategic advice
