An exciting opportunity exists for a talented Property Lawyer (4+ PAE) to join a highly regarded Melbourne property practice. You’ll work closely with experienced leaders in the team on top-tier, high-value matters spanning:
Complex commercial, industrial, retail and residential transactions
Major acquisitions and bulk developments
High-level commercial leasing (office, industrial, retail)
Acting for both landlords and major tenants
Opportunity for senior candidates to mentor and guide junior lawyers

To thrive in this role, you will ideally bring:
4+ years PAE in property law
Experience in property development and commercial transactions
Strong transactional and commercial leasing skills
Confidence acting for both landlords and tenants
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with peers and clients
