Advise clients on complex property transactions and developments.
Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of commercial and residential property agreements.
Manage and oversee property acquisitions, disposals, and leasing arrangements.
Collaborate with clients across various sectors, including residential developers, institutional REITs, national tenants, and developers of renewable energy projects.
Provide strategic legal counsel on property law issues, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their professional development.
Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in property law.
Strong transactional and commercial leasing experience (office, industrial, and retail), acting for both landlords and tenants.
Proven experience in property development and commercial transactions.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
