A brand new opportunity has arisen for a Property Lawyer with 2+ years PAE to join our busy Melbourne team. You’ll work directly with senior lawyers and partners on high-profile deals for well-known clients, with the support you need to develop and progress.
Your day-to-day will include:
Managing conveyancing and property settlements across Victoria through PEXA
Drafting, negotiating and reviewing leases, agreements for lease, licences and related documents
Preparing contracts of sale, caveats and s27 statements for residential and commercial properties
Lodging plans via SPEAR
Conducting legal research and advising on a broad range of property law issues
Assisting with due diligence on property and commercial transactions
Supporting financial settlements across Victoria
We’re looking for an admitted lawyer with:
At least 2 years’ PAE in property law
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
Sound judgement, problem solving ability, and strong organisational skills
The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a high-performing team
