An exceptional opportunity has opened up with a top-tier national firm in Brisbane, seeking talented Property Lawyers (2–6 PQE) to join their growing Real Estate & Projects team. The practice is involved in some of the most significant and high-value property transactions across Queensland and Australia-wide.

Major commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments
Structured acquisitions and disposals for private, institutional and government clients
Leasing portfolios, including retail and office leasing
Due diligence and complex title and planning issues
Infrastructure and large-scale land developments
2–6 years’ PAE in property law, ideally with experience in private practice or with developers or government
A strong foundation in commercial property transactions
Confidence in managing your own files and client relationships
Excellent drafting skills and a commercial mindset
Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
