The Property team advises on a broad range of matters, including:
Major property development projects
Commercial property transactions
Commercial leasing
Residential conveyancing and transactions
You will be an experienced property lawyer operating at Senior Associate or Special Counsel level, with:
Strong technical ability and advanced drafting skills
Proven experience drafting and negotiating:
Contracts of sale
Commercial leases
Development and joint venture agreements
Experience conducting due diligence and advising on:
Property acquisitions and disposals
Commercial landlord and tenant matters
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence dealing directly with clients and stakeholders
