This role sits within a well-established property team and offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on a broad range of complex and high-value property matters. The practice acts for a diverse client base across commercial, retail and mixed-use assets.
The Role
You will be involved in a wide variety of property work, including:
Commercial leasing and property transactions
Sales and acquisitions
Development-related property matters
Ongoing advisory work for institutional and private clients
The position offers strong autonomy, direct client engagement and the opportunity to play a leadership role within the team.
About You
Senior property lawyer operating at Special Counsel level (or ready to step up)
Solid technical property experience
Owners corporation / strata experience highly regarded
Commercial, pragmatic approach with strong client skills
Ability to manage matters independently while contributing to team growth
