Your remit will include advising on:
Major Projects: Urban renewal, commercial towers, build-to-rent, and large-scale renewable energy projects.
Transactions: Acquisitions and disposals across commercial, retail, industrial, and hotel asset classes.
Strategic Advice: Sale and leaseback transactions, joint ventures, and co-ownership arrangements.
Operational Real Estate: Tourist resorts, mixed-use developments, and complex leasing negotiations.
Corporate Support: Managing the real estate components of significant M&A deals.
