You’ll be a key player in the development and continued growth of the Sydney finance practice. With a flat structure and genuine autonomy, your contributions will be visible and valued. The work includes:
Complex acquisition finance transactions
General corporate and real estate finance matters
Structuring, negotiating, and managing high-value deals
Direct client engagement and end-to-end matter carriage
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a lawyer with:
2–5 years post-admission experience in banking & finance or property development.
A strong grasp of acquisition and property-related finance
The ability to work independently and drive matters forward
A proactive mindset, commercial thinking, and technical excellence
A collaborative, down-to-earth approach to teamwork
