The Opportunity
A unique opportunity has arisen for a Leasing Real Estate Lawyer (2–3 PAE) to join a dedicated Digital Legal Delivery practice group within a leading international law firm. Unlike a traditional real estate practice, this team sits separately and leverages cutting-edge technology and GenAI to deliver innovative solutions to clients.
The Role
You will gain exposure to a variety of leasing and real estate matters while working within a practice that is redefining the way legal services are delivered. Key responsibilities include:
Advising on and preparing commercial, retail and industrial leasing agreements
Supporting the due diligence aspects of major real estate transactions
Engaging directly with clients to provide clear, commercially focused advice
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative, tech-enabled solutions
Building expertise in the intersection of real estate law and digital legal delivery
About You
We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking lawyer with:
2–3 years’ post-admission experience in leasing and real estate law
Strong exposure to commercial, industrial and retail leasing work
Excellent drafting and client advisory skills
An interest in technology-driven legal delivery and willingness to embrace new tools
A collaborative mindset with the ability to contribute to both legal and innovation-focused projects
