  • Acquisitions and disposals across commercial, retail, residential, industrial and hotel property classes

  • Sale and leaseback transactions

  • Joint ventures and co-ownership arrangements

  • Leasing and lease negotiations

  • Real estate aspects of M&A transactions

  • General real estate issues, including subdivisions, financing and enforcement of securities

This is a permanent, full-time role, with flexible and hybrid working options available.

About You

  • Experience in a Real Estate or Property team within a reputable law firm (or a mix of private practice and in-house experience)

  • Experience in the acquisition, development and sale of real estate assets

  • The ability to manage matters both autonomously and collaboratively

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • A proactive attitude towards business development, networking and mentoring others

  • A genuine interest in developing your career within the real estate and development space

You’ll benefit from:

  • Ongoing training and mentoring from senior practitioners

  • Clear career development pathways with transparent progression opportunities
