Based in the Melbourne CBD, this role offers the chance to represent the organisation as its public-facing ambassador. You will work closely with an experienced administration team and support the smooth running of the office. Both full-time and part-time candidates are encouraged to apply.
Greet clients and visitors and provide a professional first impression
Manage incoming enquiries in person, by phone and email
Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with IT set-up
Support internal functions and events with the administration team
Manage deliveries and liaise with building management
Warm, friendly and professional manner in person and over the phone
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with all levels
High attention to detail and pride in presentation and service
Experience in a professional services or corporate environment is advantageous
Well organised with a proactive approach to work
