Structured Finance / Securitization Associate or Senior Associate
A top-tier, global law firm is seeking a Structured Finance / Securitization Associate or Senior Associate to join its market-leading finance practice.
This role offers hands-on exposure to high-value domestic and international transactions, working across the full spectrum of securitization, structured finance, and debt capital markets. The team advises sophisticated financial institutions, private credit platforms, asset managers, and issuers on complex capital-raising strategies involving both public and private structures.
The work
Advising on the raising of domestic and cross-border credit and private capital
Structuring and executing securitization transactions across multiple asset classes
Representing issuers, underwriters, lenders, and investors in structured finance and DCM matters
Supporting innovative financing solutions for private credit and alternative investment platforms
Collaborating closely with tax, regulatory, and insolvency colleagues on complex deals
The ideal background
Mid-level to senior associate with strong experience in structured finance and/or securitization
Solid grounding in debt capital markets and complex financing transactions
Experience with private credit or alternative asset-backed structures is a plus
Excellent drafting skills and comfort running workstreams with limited supervision
Admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction
