You won't just be reviewing files; you’ll be solving the most intricate tax puzzles in the market. The practice balances high-stakes litigation with complex transactional advisory. Recent matters include:
High-profile Transfer Pricing and Diverted Profits Tax litigation.
Complex anti-avoidance and hybrid mismatch rules for global financing.
Intellectual Property migration and characterization disputes.
Cross-border M&A for a "who's who" of global industry leaders.

We are looking for a sharp, commercially-minded lawyer who can "cut to the chase" and deliver solutions for sophisticated clients.
Experience: 3 to 7 years of dedicated tax experience.
Background: While a background in tax litigation or dispute resolution is highly regarded, it is not a prerequisite if you have strong technical advisory skills.
