A highly regarded, progressive mid-tier law firm with a long-standing history of excellence is seeking an experienced Wills & Estates Senior Associate to join its award-winning private client practice.
With over 200 employees nationally, this firm offers the resources, client exposure and career progression of a large firm, while maintaining a collaborative, boutique-style culture.
You will work closely with Accredited Specialist partners and senior lawyers on a broad and sophisticated Wills & Estates practice, advising high net worth individuals across both contentious and non-contentious matters, including:
Family provision claims
Contested probate proceedings
Complex estate litigation
Estate planning, including wills with complex trust structures
Estate administration matters
The practice is well supported by experienced senior lawyers, junior lawyers, graduates and paralegals, allowing you to focus on high-value, engaging work.
Minimum 4 years’ PAE in Wills & Estates
Experience across both estate planning and litigation
Strong technical skills and client management experience
Commercial, pragmatic approach with excellent communication skills
