The Opportunity
Working alongside experienced practitioners, you will be involved in all aspects of defendant workers compensation litigation, including:
- Dust disease matters
- Workers compensation claims
- Statutory disputes
- Work injury damages claims
- Client advisory and dispute resolution work

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- 2+ years' PQE in workers compensation, insurance litigation, or a related practice area
- Experience gained with an insurer, defendant law firm, or plaintiff practice
- Exposure to workers compensation matters, including statutory disputes and work injury damages claims
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A commercial approach and genuine interest in understanding clients' businesses and objectives
