This role offers exposure to a diverse range of matters, including industrial relations, health and safety, investigations, and employment law, advising a broad client base of corporate entities, insurers, and government authorities.
Manage both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, such as enterprise bargaining, unfair dismissal claims, workplace investigations, and safety compliance issues.
Provide strategic advice on workplace relations, industrial relations, and safety law, including employment aspects of commercial transactions.
Collaborate with clients across various industries, delivering tailored legal solutions.

Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in employment and workplace relations law.
