The Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity exists for a talented Employment or Workplace Relations Lawyer to join a forward-thinking national practice with an impressive pipeline of high-quality work. You will work closely with recognised senior practitioners, gaining exposure to complex and varied matters across:

  • Industrial relations

  • Work health & safety

  • Workplace investigations

  • Unfair dismissal and other contentious matters

  • Enterprise bargaining

  • General employment advisory work connected to commercial transactions

About You

You will ideally bring:

  • 5+ years PAE in employment, workplace relations, industrial relations and/or safety

  • Experience running or stepping into running contentious and non-contentious matters

  • Strong understanding of employment and safety legislation

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

  • For senior candidates: an interest in mentoring junior team members
