A fantastic opportunity exists for a talented Employment or Workplace Relations Lawyer to join a forward-thinking national practice with an impressive pipeline of high-quality work. You will work closely with recognised senior practitioners, gaining exposure to complex and varied matters across:
Industrial relations
Work health & safety
Workplace investigations
Unfair dismissal and other contentious matters
Enterprise bargaining
General employment advisory work connected to commercial transactions

You will ideally bring:
5+ years PAE in employment, workplace relations, industrial relations and/or safety
Experience running or stepping into running contentious and non-contentious matters
Strong understanding of employment and safety legislation
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
